Batman Year One-Black Canary

Batman Year One speaks for itself! The first year of Batmans career! Here  is my idea for Black Canary who would be Bruce's ally and first team mate (I've always thought she fits the best in the Batman mythos) Dinah Drake works as a Gotham City homicide detective,but at night she dons the title of Black Canary and fights crime in Gotham,much against her mothers wishes who was permanently crippled after her days of fighting crime as the original Black Canary..she lives with her uncle Ted Grant who trains her. She is the closest person outside of Alfred in Bruce's life....she is also mentor to Dick Grayson, who takes after Dinah rather than Bruce! Hope you like
