Redesign for Jubilee!! When I was a kid I loved Jubilee, probably because of the animated show! So I decided to redesign her again because I wasn't happy with  my last one! I didn't do any drastic changes :) Hope you like!

So cool, that streamlined coat design would look good on a bird-themed character too, like split tailfeathers
