Diana is now the new queen of the Amazons after the death of her mother at the hand of Ares. She is still loyal to Batman and many other heroes she has formed friendships with but has a hatred towards mankind after what she had witnessed in the time she was on earth. She stays on the island and doesn't venture from it.
